Seeing what we have from all the pieces yesterday was fantastic! It gave me a stronger sense of the show as a whole, but I also realized how much work we still have to do! When everyone is integrated into that last piece that the mature/inspired/established artists taught us, it will be even more powerful and beautiful than it already is! I'm very much looking forward to continuing our work. It's going to be a great show!

Welcome to the Dartmouth Dance Ensemble blog! We're one week back into the term, and we've hit the ground running with 4 intense rehearsals of hard core Ford Evans-style folk dancing. YEAH! In addition to those of us who danced last fall, we have some new faces on board, including seasoned veterans back from their travels abroad and some folks brand new to the Dartmouth Dance Ensemble.
